Big demand for ladies’s self-defense courses in Okanagan – Okanagan

A Kelowna self-defense teacher says there are two the reason why ladies attend her courses. Either they’re being proactive, in case one thing occurs, or one thing has already occurred, and so they need to be sure they’re by no means overpowered once more.
