A Colorado man was arrested for allegedly breaking California’s hate crime legal guidelines after a TikTok video went viral and reportedly confirmed him shouting prejudiced, racist feedback towards different clients at an East Bay In-N-Out restaurant, stated the police on Monday.

Jordan Douglas Krah, a 40-year-old Denver resident, was recognized because the suspect by the police chief of San Ramon.

The incident came about on Christmas Eve night time. The video obtained tens of millions of views very quickly after being posted the following day.

Jordan Douglas Krah, a suspect, was arrested, in response to a tweet posted by San Ramon Police Chief Denton Carlson on Monday night time. Krah, a local of Denver, Colorado, is being held on the Martinez Detention Facility in Martinez, California on suspicion of a hate crime, the chief stated.

Suspect Of The In N Out San Ramon Issue

San Ramon Authorities Chief Denton Carlson tweeted a photograph of a person driving a silver Mustang with Florida license plates on social media on Sunday afternoon and said that police had been searching for data relating to the suspect.

The chief stated on Monday that Krah could be arrested at Martinez’s Contra Costa County jail on expenses of committing a hate crime.

Carlson wrote on social media on Monday, “Thank you to everybody who has helped by offering data related to the racist and homophobic incidents over the previous few days.”

The chief said that extra particulars in regards to the case could be publicly disclosed later.
