New Brunswick advocate requires legislation reform to raised defend kids’s rights – New Brunswick

New Brunswick’s baby and youth advocate is asking for the adoption of a brand new Children’s Act as a technique to higher defend kids’s rights within the province’s baby welfare system.

A report at present from Kelly Lamrock says that too typically child protection circumstances linger unresolved, failing to fulfill the pressing obligation to guard kids from hurt.
