Bayville, N.J. The father of a 14-year-old girl who committed suicide last week, days after being bullied at school, believes his daughter would still be alive if the school district had taken action sooner.
“She adored living. She was the most content child. Everyone adores her, as Michael Kuch declared on Thursday.
Kuch is heartbroken. He stated that his daughter, Adriana, committed suicide after a disturbing video depicting a number of students attacking her in a hallway at Central Regional High School in the Bayville section of Berkeley Township was posted on social media.
“After they had jumped her, they continued on with their assault.” They would keep sending her videos. Then they would take screen shots of the videos because they kept being taken down and write negative comments on them, Kuch said.

Dr. Triantafillos Parlapanides, superintendent of schools, told CBS2, “We always address bullying issues, and four students were suspended on the day of the incident.”
Kuch stated that the police should have been called immediately because the students, with whom his daughter had been having issues, smashed her face with a 20-ounce bottle.
His daughter, who was covered in bruises, should have been taken to the hospital, he added.
“The institution lied to me. They did not inform me that she was attacked with a weapon. They did not inform me that she had passed out. They did not call the police, despite having a school resource officer present. Kuch stated that they informed him that this was not company policy.
According to a freshman and her mother, school officials should do more to combat bullying.
Rachel Lingea stated, “People shouldn’t be afraid to go to school, but people are afraid to go to school now.”
“It doesn’t stop.” “Bullying is awful, and Adriana ought to be present right now,” Christine Lingea, the mother, added.
