Rabi Pirzada, a former Lowlywood pop singer, songwriter, and TV host, has chosen to follow the path of religion. He quit acting in November 2019 after pictures and videos of him were leaked online.
Throughout her decade-long career, the rabbi has been at the centre of several controversies and scandals. She recently spoke about her 2019 video scandal on Nadir Ali’s podcast.
“I’ve been a rebel since I was a child,” Ali said when asked about the scandal.
“The scandal happened because of my family,” Rabbi Pirzada explained, without going into detail about how the incident was related to her family.
She called it a tragedy and expressed regret for her reaction. “I find the people who share my videos’ words and deeds repulsive.”
She talked about how Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain died in his home a few days after his private video was leaked online and the public showed how sad they were about it.
