“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star, Jen Shah, is in federal courtroom eagerly awaiting her punishment for committing wire fraud — and, as ya may count on, she’s dressed to the nines for her large day.
Jen confirmed up on the courthouse in NYC sporting a cheetah print get-up … so, the decide will not have any bother recognizing the defendant.
As we reported, Jen was arrested again in 2021 for concentrating on and scamming of us out of their cash with an alleged telemarketing scheme … she initially pled not responsible, along with her lawyer saying she was “completely harmless.”
That all modified in July, when she pled responsible to one depend of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in reference to telemarketing … and as a part of her deal, prosecutors dropped one depend of conspiracy to commit cash laundering.
The deal referred to as for a sentence of up to 14 years in jail, and presumably being on the hook for round $9 mil in restitution to victims of the fraud. Jen herself has requested for 3 years.
According to authorized docs, obtained by TMZ, the feds have been gunning for a 10-year sentence in opposition to the truth star in December … giving a laundry checklist of the reason why she’s the “most culpable particular person charged in this case.”
