Leicester’s only signing of the switch window Wout Faes is decided to stamp his leadership qualities on the bottom-of-table membership immediately.
Faes, 24, joined from Reims on deadline day to exchange Chelsea-bound central defender Wesley Fofana with Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers impressed he’s captained each his earlier membership and Belgium youth groups.

‘It’s a dream to signal and all of the amenities are right here for me to get higher. It is a plus for me that there are Belgian gamers I do know already on the membership. I educated with Youri (Tielemans) at college so we have now recognized one another for a very long time!’
Under-pressure Rodgers will want Faes to hit the bottom working. Leicester haven’t stored a clear sheet this season with the supervisor making noises a few lack of signings.

‘My experience is that as soon as the window shuts, everything stabilises,’ he mentioned. ‘People know where they are going to be, certainly until January. It calms itself.
‘Our objective now is to get to 40 points. It’s completely totally different to what we have now previously.’
Rodgers dropped a touch that he hopes the purse strings might be loosened within the new 12 months.
