The younger woman was strolling by way of Stamshaw Park in Portsmouth round 4:30pm on Monday when she was approached by a man who made sexual feedback and touched her inappropriately.
Hampshire Constabulary have revealed pictures of the suspect in a bid to seek out him.
Police mentioned the suspect was an 18-25 year-old black man with a slim construct and darkish hair.
He was wearing black denims and a white t-shirt, coated by a black vest, and carrying a small bag.
