A recent leak of gameplay footage from the forthcoming Assassin’s Creed: Emerald mobile game revealed an early version of the historical title. The game, which was announced during Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed event in September, allows players to explore medieval China through the eyes of a custom playable character.

During the presentation, not much was said about Assassin’s Creed Emerald, but the gameplay that was leaked gives us more information about this mysterious mobile game.

As with other projects announced during the Assassin’s Creed showcase, Ubisoft kept Jade’s specifics vague. The game’s developer revealed that it transports players to 215 BC.
